The alternative for housing in the Netherlands.
Contributing to innovation in the construction industry.

We are building!
Since the assembly of the service core (check out last week’s time lapse on our social media), some inner walls have been placed as well as the construction of the ground and first floor. Every week the building looks closer to an actual house. It is developing at this rate since we use a lot of prefabricated elements. These parts are made in a factory so it only needs to be assembled on site. Prefabrication helps us save time, costs and reduce waste and mistakes on the building site.
Taking place in Brandevoort, Helmond
We envision – and will contribute to – an imminent future where all homes are comfortable, affordable and sustainable.
